Inspired by Nova’s post from this morning, here’s a shelf of some of my very favorite books along with my favorite movies on DVD (not exhaustive, mind! There are a bunch more favorite books scattered on other shelves. There will have to be an All-Star Bookshelf, part 2.)
I recently added Philip Pullman’s books to my kids collections. Unfortunately, they’re still in the paper bag I used at the book sale.
That’s a very handsome sailor in the cup.
