Ego Management for Creative People

Tailored for adults or for high school, undergraduate, and grad students in the arts.

If you’re one of those people who reads self-help books but falters when it comes to putting what you’ve learned into practice, this is the workshop for you: using the principles outlined in Life Without Envywe’ll explore concrete ways of redefining success and actually living by that new definition.

Private Writing for Public Impact

Tailored for adults or for high school, undergraduate, and grad students in the arts.

Whether you’re an aspiring author, a working artist, or just want to become a more effective communicator, a private writing practice (combined with compassionate self inquiry) will deepen the meaning and impact of your work and your connection with everyone it touches. You’ll use the mind mapping technique paired with tailored writing prompts to exercise your intuition and create your own epiphany.

Creativity + Compassion

Tailored for individuals or small groups.

Ever wondered if adopting a healthier lifestyle could have a beneficial effect on your creativity? When I went vegan in 2011 I experienced a marvelous productivity boost that continues to this day, so I’m convinced there’s a connection between what I eat and how I write. In this workshop you’ll learn both the philosophical and the practical ins-and-outs of what Dr. Will Tuttle calls “the world peace diet,” and why shifting to a plant-based diet will make you a happier and healthier artist. Tea and vegan gluten-free cupcakes will be served, and you’ll leave with loads of resources (including plenty of quick, easy, delicious recipes).

Forthcoming Vegan Psych-up!

I’m working on my first (free) ebook, Can-Do Vegan, which will address the most common concerns of the veg-curious, shine a light on cognitive dissonance regarding where your food comes from and who it used to be, and give you all the moral support you need to make a healthy and happy transition to a more compassionate diet.

If you’d like to be notified when the ebook is released, please sign up for my blog updates at the right side of this page (“subscribe via email”).

Hi! I'm Camille. I only write stories that could never ever happen in real life, though I do believe in real-life magic. If we were in the same room I'd fix you a cup of tea, but for now we'll have to settle for a virtual connection. I'm really glad you're here.
