School Visits

I’d love to visit your class (in person or online) to chat about The Boy From Tomorrow and how kids can build the foundations for a joyfully creative life. Skype calls (25 minutes) are complimentary, or email me to discuss rates and logistics for in-person visits. I live in Providence, Rhode Island, but I can travel anywhere so long as my expenses are covered.

Compassionate Creativity Coaching

As a working writer and a vegan lifestyle coach and educator (certified through Victoria Moran’s Main Street Vegan Academy), I’m particularly interested in helping artists work through creative blocks by cultivating an attitude of true benevolence toward animals and the natural world. I offered a group coaching beta program in January and February 2018, and I’m currently developing a Tenderheart companion course. Join my email list to be notified as soon as the web course goes live.

Note: If you’re looking for straight-up guidance and support in transitioning to a plant-based diet and lifestyle, check out this listing of my many wonderful MSVA colleagues.

Literary Midwifery (Fiction and Nonfiction)

For twenty years (since junior year of high school!) I’ve been working on almost every side of the publishing industry: as a bookseller, then an editorial assistant at HarperCollins, and finally as a novelist and travel writer. If you need help formulating your book idea or revising your manuscript into publishable shape, I might just be your girl—especially if you’re writing science fiction/fantasy or personal growth/spirituality. I can also offer you practical advice on finding a literary agent and/or publishing options beyond the “big four.”

Get in touch for more information on rates and logistics.

Hi! I'm Camille. I only write stories that could never ever happen in real life, though I do believe in real-life magic. If we were in the same room I'd fix you a cup of tea, but for now we'll have to settle for a virtual connection. I'm really glad you're here.
